“Leftover Lettuce” follows a lettuce field worker who struggles to escape the smell, flavor, and texture of lettuce. The short film is stop-motion and features a score by Robert Suazo and Dennis Ibon, of Shyness Boy. The short film has screened at The Pegasus Film Festival, San Antonio Film Festival, and All American High School Film Festival during 2023.
